Dear Friends,

For many years now Bosco Reach-Out (BRO) has been engaged in empowering and enriching less fortunate lives across the length and breadth of Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram and Tripura. 

We have heard that Changes, such as those we strive to bring about, can only be perceived and not seen. It is not true. We have seen noteworthy changes already take place in real-life situation among the communities we are working with. 

We also see the need to go on, to continue treading resolutely on this path of social transformation.

Both these, what has been and what we hope will be, oblige us to be in touch. And what better way to stay on touch than through a website! 

It is my hope the website of BRO becomes an interface that facilitates and augments the dynamic relationship that must exist between the donor agencies, the network of BRO itself, and most of all the communities we engage with. 

An immense task called ‘community development’ and its numerous demands may at times give us enough reasons to be anxious about. But then we also have equally enormous satisfactions - not merely of programs implemented and their fallouts taken stock of, but the incomparable joy of seeing changes come about in attitudes, situation and lifestyle of people we have known, loved and closely engaged with.
